Blog Photo of the Year for 2015

Blog Photo of the Year for 2015
Red Sunset
Theme Day this first day of 2016 is supposed to be our best photo posted from 2015. How does one decide? I suppose I'll choose my favorite, but I have a different favorite for each category. Since my favorite category is the sky, I  will choose this as the sky photo I personally liked  best. Maybe that's because it is red and it blew my mind when I saw it. It came from this blog post: In Search of the Super Blood Moon, which contains several other sky shots I liked, in case you missed this post the first time around.

There are also some runners-up as my personal favorite shots in 2015. These are some of the nature and animal shots I was happy to capture. Follow the link in the caption to get the story behind the photos.

  2. Love them all Barbara, but I think the top one is perfect for the main honor. The colors, the composition, everything about it is beautiful. Keep that shutter clicking away, you do good work!

    1. Glad to know I made the right choice, but I still like the shot of the cat looking at the hornworm, too. Thanks for checking out the photos.
